«Brutus» participated and won awards from numerous international film festivals. It premiered as part of the competition program of the  38th Moscow International Film Festival in June, 2016. It was being promoted at the festival stage for almost two years. The picture was screened in Russia, USA, the UK, Finland and Hong Kong.

 

The second short film of the trilogy «Witnesses» took awards at such festivals as:

• Sochi International Film Awards (Russia), Special Prize
• The film was nominated for the Golden Eagle Award for Best Short Film, 2016
• Moscow International Film Festival, Competition program
• Hong Kong World International Film Festival: Best Actress
• Best Shorts Competition (USA) - «Best Jewish film»
• «Fathers and Sons» Film Festival (Russia) - Best Director, Best Cast
• Scandinavian International Film Festival - “Best mid-long film”
• The film was longlisted for the Academy Award for Best Live Action Short Film, 2016
